WAITER POLICY: In most cases, readers are available at the time of purchase. However, in the event that your requested reader is unavailable, you will need to follow the steps below:

  • Request and complete a waiter form
  • Pay for the reader (allow one (1) business day to process the request).
  • You must bring your yellow copy of the waiter slip along with proof of purchase (receipt) in order to redeem your voucher for the reader purchased.
