ASTO Electronic Cart Annual Authorization Form

If you would like to check out the Ticket Office e-cart, everyone must first complete the ASTO Electronic Cart Annual Authorization Form. This form only needs to be completed once per fiscal year so we can keep your authorization and required documentation on file. Once the form has been completed, future e-cart checkouts are quick and easy. Ticket Office cashiers will simply verify that your annual authorization is already on file before checking out the e-cart.
